Welcome to our clinic.
Our Treatment Ethos
Ethos Training Systems was founded on the ideals of introducing a higher level of care and attention to the training environment. As we evolved, our community became more than just a gym, and our offerings expanded along with it. Our multidisciplinary clinic promises to put that community's needs first. We provide heart-centered care through various specialties and practitioners who deliver effective treatments through an integrative approach.

OUR OFFERINGS
ACUPUNCTURE + TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been practiced for over 2,000 years. During acupuncture, a primary modality of TCM, hair-thin needles are used to direct blood flow and restore balance within the body, which helps to support our innate healing responses. Acupuncture is known to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, regulate hormones, balance emotions, and positively influence the nervous system. While acupuncture is immensely beneficial as a standalone practice, complementary modalities of TCM may be offered such as herbal medicine, gua sha, fire cupping, tui na, moxibustion, and more. As a holistic therapy, each patient’s treatment will be tailored to their specific needs. The practitioner will work alongside the patient to create a treatment plan that aims to both resolve symptoms and improve the patient's overall condition. Acupuncture can assist those looking to address:
Emotional health, stress, anxiety, and/or depression
Cycle support and menstrual health, irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea, painful periods, PMS, and/or assistance coming off of birth control
Hormonal imbalances and fertility assistance (IVF, IUI, FET, timed conception, egg freezing cycles)
GI and digestive health, IBS, pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and/or acid reflux
Headaches, migraines, tinnitus, and/or TMJ
Sleep issues, insomnia, and/or fatigue
General health + wellbeing and more…
